Wyndham Monterrey Ambassador Centro Hotel, Monterrey

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit of a letdown with some cleanliness issues and odd smells, but the classic room was somewhat better although not perfect. On the bright side, there was a coffee machine available in the room. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being really nice and attentive while others were confusing and rude. The location was quite convenient, close to downtown and various attractions, although the heavy traffic could be a hassle at times. The dining options were below average, lacking in quality and variety. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit dark, and the bathroom lacked adequate lighting. However, Raoul went out of his way to help us find some vanilla that we couldn't locate locally. The room I stayed in was one of the older ones from about two years ago, and it was not up to par, feeling quite cramped.

I had a great time at this hotel, although the rooms could use a bathtub. The service was top-notch, except for a few issues with some staff members. The location is convenient, right in the heart of downtown. The dining experience was a bit below my expectations. Overall, a good stay with a few minor drawbacks.
